CMDAnyc.org is an online community ministering to the members of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations (CMDA) in the Greater NYC Area.

VISION

CMDA of Greater NYC is a unified and growing community of physicians and dentists dedicated to glorifying God and affecting the transformation of lives through the love of Christ.

MISSION

CMDA of Greater NYC exists to encourage, strengthen, and equip physicians and dentists to glorify God by: living out the character of Christ in their homes, workplaces, communities and around the world; cultivating loving communities based upon need, common interest, or specialty to reach, mentor, and partner with healthcare professionals; pursuing professional excellence and compassion through Christ-centered care to those in need; creating forums of dialogue to address issues relevant to health care serving area churches

The Christian Medical Association with the Christian Dental Association (collectively known as CMDA) is the national organization of Christian physicians and dentists. Founded in 1931, the CMDA exists to motivate, educate, and equip Christian physicians and dentists to glorify God by:

• living out the character of Christ in their homes, practices, communities and around the world;
• pursuing professional competence and Christ-like compassion in their daily work;
• influencing their families, colleagues and patients toward a right relationship with Jesus Christ;
• advancing Biblical principles in bioethics and health to the Church and society.
